Our Three Step Cleaning Process
First we sweep all dust, dirt, and debris from the inflatable. Once the unit is prepared, we deep clean with an antibacterial all-surface cleaner and then sanitize with an eco-friendly solution. Lastly, we fold and package all inflatables in cloth dust covers to guarantee cleanliness.

How do I make a reservation?
You can start a reservation for a bouncy house online 24 hours a day 7 days a week, just fill out the contact form with your contact info and bounce house size and we will reach out to get the process started.
What happens if it rains?
You may cancel your reservation due to inclement weather with a full refund. Cancellation occur prior to our trucks departing for set up. No refunds are given once bounce house is set up. We may also cancel due to high winds 15 mph or extremely heavy rain as either may damage equipment.
Is there a weight limit for a bounce house?
The weight limit is 200 pounds per person. The total maximum weight in a unit is 800 pounds.
How much space do I need?
The entrance to set up your bounce house requires at least 2 feet on each side and a clear path leading up to your setup area which should be clean and free of debris. 3 feet is required on all sides of a fully inflated bounce house.
How many kids can you have in a bounce house at a time?
Our bounce houses will safely hold approximately 6 - 12 kids at a time depending on the age of the children and size and features of the bounce house.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy requires a 3 day notice to avoid a 25% cancellation fee. If the cancellation is due to inclement weather, the cancellation fee is waived.
Are there any cleaning fees?
Your reservation includes the cost of cleaning. If pet droppings are found inside or on the outside of the inflatable, a $100 cleaning and sanitization fee will be applied.
Can I pick up a bouncy house myself?
Due to the safety requirements of our business, self pick up is not allowed. Your reservation includes delivery, setup and teardown, as well as pick up by our staff.
Can you setup at parks?
We deliver to homes, parks, hotels, churches or any location with adequate space for proper delivery and setup.
How long do I get to use the rental?
8 hours is our standard rental period. If your event starts after 3 pm we allow you to keep the inflatable overnight at no additional charge.
Can my pet bounce on the bounce houses?
No pets are allowed in bounce houses for safety and sanitation reasons.
